Understanding your charges

Charge types you may see

• First charge for a practice: setup fee (if your plan has one) plus the first billing cycle, together.
• Recurring cycle: your plan's monthly (or annual) price, one charge per practice.
• Prorated upgrade: if you upgrade a plan mid-cycle, a one-time charge covers the difference for the days remaining in the current cycle; the new price then starts at the next cycle.

Downgrades

Downgrading never triggers an immediate charge — the lower price simply starts at your next scheduled billing date. You keep what you already paid for through the end of the current cycle.

Multiple practices

Each practice bills on its own schedule, so several practices show as separate line items rather than one combined charge.
