Paying your invoice

Your invoice is paid from your order link: the same secure link from your order email. The Pay button sits at the end of the page and unlocks after both agreements are accepted.

If the Pay button is greyed out

Both agreement checkboxes above it must be ticked first. Once they are, the button lights up and takes you to a secure hosted payment page.

After you pay

Payment confirms in our system automatically. Your account is created, your welcome email goes out, and setup begins. If anything looks stuck, open a support ticket or contact your Prescripta representative; we can see your order's status.
