Paying an invoice you received

Some orders are set up by invoice: instead of charging a card at order time, we email you an invoice to pay on your schedule.

1. Open the invoice email and follow its payment link.
2. Enter your card details on the secure payment page.
3. That's it — the moment your payment is confirmed, your order activates automatically.

What happens behind the scenes

Paying the invoice does three things at once: it activates your subscription, securely saves the card you paid with for future billing cycles, and starts your recurring schedule. You don't need to do anything else.

Until the invoice is paid, your order shows as pending. If you've lost the invoice email or want to switch to a different payment method, contact us and we'll sort it out.
