How billing works

Each Prescripta practice runs on its own monthly subscription.

What you're charged

• At order time: the plan's one-time setup fee (if any) plus your first billing cycle.
• Each cycle after: the plan's recurring price, charged automatically to your card on file.

Per-practice billing

Every practice bills separately. If you run three practices, you'll see three charges on their own schedules — which keeps each practice's costs clean for your bookkeeping, and lets you suspend or cancel one without touching the others.

Where your card lives

Your card is stored with our payment processor in a secure vault, never on Prescripta's servers. We keep only a reference that lets the processor charge the subscription.
