Suspending or canceling a subscription

Suspending

Suspending pauses billing on a practice: charges stop and the practice goes on hold, but everything is kept — settings, data, and configuration. Resuming picks the subscription back up on its existing schedule and card. Suspension is the right choice for a seasonal pause or a short break.

Canceling

Canceling permanently ends billing on that practice. The practice winds down, and a canceled subscription can't be restarted — returning later means placing a new order.

Per-practice, always

Suspending or canceling one practice never affects your other practices — each has its own subscription and schedule.

To suspend or cancel, contact us through the site and we'll process it, confirming exactly what will happen before anything changes.
