Plans, billing and cancelling

The three plans

Base includes one pharmacy, EMR sync, manual memberships, CSV import and export, and the AI morning brief. Plus adds up to three pharmacies. Pro adds unlimited pharmacies, e-fax from the order form and an AI read of every incoming fax. Add-ons are switched on for your clinic by Prescripta; there is nothing to configure.

Where billing lives

Billing lives on prescripta.com, not in the portal. Sign in to your Prescripta account and open the Billing tab. The portal's Account page links there with one button.

Changing plans

Upgrades apply right away; the difference for the rest of the current month is charged to the card on file. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid month.

Cancelling and coming back

Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid month. Your clinic keeps access until that date and your data is kept. Reactivate from the same Billing tab to continue without starting over.
