Incoming faxes are read for you

Faxing is part of the Pro plan. Each received fax is read once automatically: what it is, who it is about (matched by name and date of birth), what to do and how urgent it is. Staff check the document before acting on it.

Reading a fax again

Read again is rationed per clinic per day. If a read reports that the daily limit was reached, wait for the next day or open the document and read it yourself.

Where a patient's faxes live

On the patient page, the Faxes card lists every received and sent fax linked to that patient: date, from and to, page count, the AI summary and to-do, and urgency, with a link to the Fax page to open the document.
