Turning cards on and off

Open Settings > Dashboard cards (owner or admin). Every card has an On switch, which is clinic-wide, so off means nobody sees it, and a Hide at zero switch, which keeps the card off the dashboard until it has something to show. The auto-reorder card, "Auto-prepared, pending approval", shows a zero rather than hiding itself.

Arranging your own dashboard

Each person can also arrange and hide cards for themselves with Arrange tiles. Every card explains itself on hover and above its list.

The two review flags

Follow-up schedule moved, review: a provider moved the membership's start date, which shifts every scheduled follow-up. Confirm the new schedule.

EMR disagrees, review: staff overrode the status shown for a membership and the EMR has since reported a change. Keep the override or use the EMR's status.
