Picking a clinic (Which clinic?)

What it is

If your login belongs to more than one clinic, you see this screen after your code:

• Title "Which clinic?"
• "Your login belongs to more than one. Pick the one to open, you can switch from the top bar later."
• One button per clinic, with the clinic name, a demo label if it is a demo clinic, and your role there in small text.
• ← Back to sign in.

How to use it

Click the clinic you want. You land on that clinic's Dashboard.

What is listed

Only clinics where your access is on and whose account is active. A clinic that is paused, or where you were turned off, does not appear. Clinics are listed in A-Z order.

Questions people ask

Q: I only work at one clinic. Why don't I see this?

A: The screen only shows when you belong to two or more. With one, you go straight in.

Q: A clinic I work at is missing from the list.

A: Your access there may be turned off, you may have been removed, or the clinic's account may be paused. Ask that clinic's owner.

Q: It said "Your sign-in timed out, please sign in again."

A: You waited a few minutes on this screen. Sign in again and pick right away.

Q: Do I have a different password for each clinic?

A: No. One login, one password, one authenticator for all your clinics.
