Follow-up schedules

Steps for some membership types only

Open Settings > Schedules. Each step has an Applies to setting: all types, which is the default, or only the types you tick. For example, a lab draw can run for hormone memberships only while the other steps keep running for every type. A membership type can also have its own schedule, or no step schedule at all.

How repeat rounds are dated

With Repeat the schedule every 84 days, round 2 counts from the start date plus 84 days, not from the last step. If you change the lab day, change the repeat at the same time so the rounds stay lined up.
