Resetting your password

Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. Enter your email, and we send a verification code. Enter the code and choose a new password.

Tips

• Codes expire quickly. If yours has expired, request a new one.
• Check spam or junk if the email does not arrive within a minute or two; it comes from no-reply@prescripta.com.
• If you signed in with a temporary password from your welcome email and something went wrong midway, use Forgot password to start fresh.
