Resetting your password

1. Go to prescripta.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter your email address and submit.
3. Check your inbox for an email from Prescripta with a 6-digit code.
4. Back on the reset page, enter your email, the code, and your new password.
5. Sign in with the new password.

Notes

• The code expires after 1 hour. If it's expired, just request a new one.
• If an administrator started a reset for you, the process is exactly the same — use the code from the email at the same page.
• Codes arrive from Prescripta (no-reply@prescripta.com); check spam if you don't see one.
