Emails from Prescripta

All Prescripta email comes from no-reply@prescripta.com. Adding that address to your contacts keeps our messages out of spam.

What we send

• Order email: one message with your secure order link (practice information, agreements, invoice).
• Agreement copies: the full text of each agreement you accept, for your records.
• Welcome email: your sign-in details when your account is created.
• Support notifications: a short note when the Prescripta team replies to a ticket. For your privacy, the email never contains the ticket content; sign in to read it.
• Verification codes for password resets.

Not getting our email?

Check spam or junk first. If mail still is not arriving, open a support ticket from your account page or contact your Prescripta representative.
