Emails from Prescripta

Prescripta sends account emails for a few specific reasons:

  • Verification codes — when you sign up or reset a password.
  • Invitations — when an account is created for you, with a temporary password.
  • Invoices and payment receipts — from our payment processor when you're billed.

All account emails come from Prescripta (no-reply@prescripta.com). That address doesn't receive replies — if you need help, use the Contact page.

Not receiving our emails?

  • Check spam or junk, and mark Prescripta as a safe sender.
  • Add no-reply@prescripta.com to your contacts.
  • Corporate mail filters sometimes quarantine automated mail — your IT team can whitelist the address.
