Using your welcome email and temporary password

Your welcome email contains your username and a temporary password. Sign in at prescripta.com/sign-in with them, and you will be asked to set your own password before continuing.

Step by step

1. Open the welcome email from no-reply@prescripta.com.
2. Go to prescripta.com/sign-in and enter the username and temporary password exactly as shown.
3. Set your new password when prompted.
4. You land on your account page, ready to go.

The same username and starting password also apply to your EHR sign-in once your EHR environment is ready; your welcome email says where.
