I received an invitation email — what do I do?

When an account is created for you, Prescripta emails you an invitation containing your username (your email address) and a temporary password.

1. Go to prescripta.com/sign-in.
2. Sign in with your email and the temporary password from the email.
3. You'll be asked to choose your own password before continuing.
4. That's it — your account is active and the temporary password no longer works.

Invitation expired or lost?

Invitations don't last forever. If yours has expired or you can't find the email, ask your administrator to resend the invitation — you'll get a fresh email with a new temporary password.
