Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard Turning cards on and off for the whole clinic

Turning cards on and off for the whole clinic

Admin → Settings → Dashboard cards (summary line: "Which cards the clinic uses, and which hide themselves when their count is zero").

  • Who can see it: View settings (owner, admin, provider by default).
  • Who can change it: Change settings (owner and admin by default). For others the tick boxes are greyed out.

At the top: Clinic-wide: a card that is switched off never appears for anyone; "hide at zero" keeps a card off the dashboard until it has something to show. Each person can still arrange and hide cards for themselves with "Arrange tiles" on the dashboard.

Two tables, Memberships and Needs attention, list every card with:

ColumnWhat it does
CardThe card's name
OnTicked = the card can show. Unticked = nobody sees it (unless they open it from a brief link).
Hide at zeroTicked = the card stays off the page while its number is 0. Greyed out when the card is off. Starts at the card's default.
What it showsThe card's one-sentence explanation

How the settings work together:

  1. On unticked → the card never shows for anyone.
  2. Hide at zero ticked and the number is 0 → the card does not show.
  3. Otherwise each person's own Arrange tiles choices apply.

Saving: click Save dashboard cards at the bottom of the section. The message Settings saved. appears next to the button. If something went wrong, you see Not saved, and the reason.

When others see the change: the person who saved sees their dashboard follow the change right away, without reloading the page. Other staff see it the next time their page loads (for example when they reload the browser or sign in again).

Turning a card off does not change any data, the daily summary or the Morning brief. It only hides the card.
