Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard The Dashboard: overview and words used
The Dashboard: overview and words used
The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It is your clinic's to-do board. It shows:
- how many memberships your clinic has, counted the same way your EMR counts them (EMR means "electronic medical record", the system where your clinic books and bills patients, such as Zenoti or OptiMantra),
- the work that needs someone today: reorders that are late or coming up, prescriptions waiting for a provider, orders at the pharmacy, follow-up calls, and things to review,
- a short written summary at the top, called the Morning brief, if your plan includes it.
Each number sits in a box called a card (some screens call them "tiles"; it is the same thing). Click a card and the list of patients behind that number opens below the cards. From that list you can open a patient, work a reorder, or clear a row.
Who can see it: everyone who can sign in. The permission View the dashboard is always on for every role (owner, admin, provider, nurse, staff). What you can do from it (the buttons on each row) depends on your role's permissions. Those are set by the owner under Admin → Roles.
How to get there: click Dashboard in the top bar, or click the clinic name/logo at the top left.
