Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard How a card works
How a card works
Every card has:
- A big number. How many rows are behind the card.
- A name under the number, sometimes with a short grey note after a dash (for example - all except cancelled).
- A color for the number:
- green = good news (memberships that are current or paid),
- red = something is late or failed,
- gold = needs someone soon,
- blue = for your information.
- A hover note. Rest your mouse on a card and a one-sentence note explains what it counts. The same sentence shows in grey above the list when the card is open.
Click a card and its list opens in the panel below. The card you opened gets a green outline. The panel heading shows the card's name and how many rows are in the list, for example Overdue reorders (4).
When you first open the Dashboard, the Overdue reorders list is open.
Three cards open another page instead of a list:
| Card | Opens |
|---|---|
| Shipped, tracking received (7 days) | Pharmacy → Shipping tab |
| Shipping e-mails, no patient found | Pharmacy → Shipping tab |
| Pharmacy orders, no patient | Pharmacy → Found at the pharmacy tab |
(The Pharmacy page needs the pharmacy feature and the permission Stage a prescription for the pharmacy (prepare, not send). If your role does not have it, clicking these cards brings you straight back to the Dashboard.)
Cards that hide when they are zero
Some cards only show when they have something in them. When their number is 0 they stay off the page. This keeps the page short. The clinic can change which cards do this (see "Turning cards on and off" below). Out of the box, these cards hide at zero:
Frozen · Past due · Seen in (your EMR), no membership · Follow-up steps due · Lab draws overdue · Follow-up schedule moved, review · Review EMR matches · EMR disagrees, review · Rx differs at pharmacy, review · No autopay amount in EMR · Shipped, tracking received (7 days) · Shipping e-mails, no patient found · Placed at the pharmacy, recorded (7 days) · Pharmacy orders, no patient · Rejected by pharmacy
All other cards show even at 0. The Auto-prepared, pending approval card shows "0" rather than hiding. (One exception: if your role cannot stage prescriptions and the count is 0, that card is left off your page.)
A card that is open (selected) always stays on the page, even if it is at zero, hidden by you, or switched off.
