Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard The page from top to bottom
The page from top to bottom
Here is everything on the page, in the order you see it.
| Part | What it is | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Demo banner | Yellow strip: DEMO CLINIC, every patient here is fictional… | Only in a demo clinic |
| Heading | Dashboard as of MM/DD/YYYY | Everyone |
| Arrange tiles button (top right) | Lets you move and hide cards for yourself | Everyone |
| Get started panel | Three setup steps for a new clinic | People who can View settings, until setup is done |
| Morning brief | A short written summary of the day | Clinics whose plan includes the AI morning brief |
| Memberships row | Membership cards, counted the way your EMR counts them | Everyone |
| Needs attention row | Work cards | Everyone |
| List panel | Search, filters and the list for the card you clicked | Everyone |
Page heading: "Dashboard as of MM/DD/YYYY"
- What it is: the date the numbers are for. It is today's date for your clinic.
- Why it is there: so you know the counts are for today. Cards like "Overdue reorders" depend on today's date.
- Note: the numbers are worked out fresh each time the page loads. They do not change by themselves while the page sits open. To see new numbers, click Dashboard again or refresh your browser. (After you click a row button, the list reloads right away.)
Demo clinic banner
In a demo clinic, every page shows a yellow strip at the top:
DEMO CLINIC, every patient here is fictional; the pharmacy, fax and EMR are stand-ins. Nothing leaves the portal.
- Why: a demo clinic is for trying the product. Every patient is made up. Nothing is really sent to a pharmacy, fax line or EMR.
- Who can change it: only Prescripta creates, resets or deletes demo clinics. Contact support.
- The Get started panel never shows in a demo clinic.
Get started panel
A panel with a gold stripe on the left, titled Get started, with the line Three steps and the portal runs itself. This panel disappears once they are done.
Who sees it: people whose role has View settings (by default owner, admin and provider), and only while one or more steps are not done. It never shows in a demo clinic.
The three steps:
| Step | Link opens | Counts as done when |
|---|---|---|
| Connect your EMR: or skip it and manage patients by hand. | Admin → Settings → EMR connection | An EMR (such as Zenoti or OptiMantra) is connected for the clinic, or the clinic has added at least one patient by hand (that counts as skipping the EMR) |
| Add your patients: sync from the EMR, import a CSV (Data), or add them one by one. | The Members page (the word Data opens Admin → Settings → Data) | At least one patient is on file (archived patients do not count) |
| Set up your pharmacy: e-ordering or fax, prescriber details, products. | Admin → Settings → Pharmacies | A pharmacy has been set up in Settings |
- A finished step turns grey and gets a check mark (✓).
- If your role can Invite, enable and disable users, a last line shows: Then invite your staff and set who may prepare and send prescriptions. The link opens Admin → Users.
- EMR and pharmacy setup are done by Prescripta. The EMR connection and pharmacy connection are set up by Prescripta, because they are arranged with the EMR or pharmacy company. In Settings you can see them, but the fields are greyed out. Contact support to have them set up.
- The panel goes away by itself once all three steps are done. There is no close button.
- No EMR? A clinic that does not use an EMR does not have to connect one. As soon as you add a patient by hand (Members → + Add patient manually), step 1 counts as skipped and gets its check mark. Once a pharmacy is also set up, the panel goes away.
