Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard Row buttons

Row buttons

Which button a row gets depends on the card. Each button also needs a permission. If your role lacks it, you will not see the button.

Delete

  • What it does: throws away the open reorder for this patient, including any prescription waiting for approval. Nothing is sent to the pharmacy. Any reorder alerts for it are closed.
  • Confirm box: Delete this reorder for (name)? The prescription waiting for approval (if any) goes with it; nothing is sent.
  • After: the row leaves the list right away. The order history keeps it as cancelled ("Deleted from the dashboard").
  • Important: this is "throw this one away", not "skip this patient". If the patient is still inside the reorder window, the next hourly check opens a fresh reorder for them. To stop reorders for good, change the patient's membership type, or archive them.
  • Undo: none. The fresh reorder that reopens is the way back.

Delivered

  • What it does: marks that row's order Delivered / Received and closes it. Alerts for it close. The row leaves the card.
  • Use it only after you know the patient has the medicine (for example the carrier's page says delivered). The portal does not know.
  • No confirm box. It happens on click.
  • Undo: there is no undo button.

Remove

  • What it does: takes that row's placed order (Ordered or Shipped) off the list without marking it delivered. The order stays on the patient's history exactly as placed, with its tracking. Nothing is sent to the pharmacy.
  • Confirm box: Remove this order for (name) from the list? The order stays on the patient's history as placed; nothing is sent to the pharmacy.
  • When to use it: for an old order that will never get a delivery mark, so it stops cluttering the list. The patient's next reorder can then open when its date comes round.

Archive

  • What it does: hides the patient from every card, list, count, alert and the daily summary. No new reorders or follow-ups open for them. The EMR sync keeps their record up to date in the background.
  • Confirm box: Archive (name)? They leave every queue and count; the EMR sync keeps the record current and Unarchive on the patient page brings them back.
  • Undo: open the patient (Members page → turn on Show archived → find them) and click Unarchive. They are back in the cards at once; reorders and follow-ups restart from the next hourly check.
  • When to use it: a patient who left, a test record, a duplicate.

Stop follow-ups

  • What it does: turns off nurse follow-ups for this one patient. They leave all follow-up cards. Medication reorders are not affected. This setting stays even when the membership type has follow-ups on.
  • Confirm box: Stop nurse follow-ups for (name)? They leave the follow-up lists; medication reorders are not affected.
  • Undo: open the patient → Follow-up dates → Turn on.

Dismiss (Placed at the pharmacy: recorded)

  • Takes the row off this one card for the whole clinic. The order stays on the patient. No confirm box, no undo button.

Dismiss (Seen in …: no membership) and Hide for me

  • See those cards above.

"Nothing happened" / an error popped up

If a button fails, a pop-up shows the reason. Common ones:

  • Order is closed: someone else already finished or deleted it. Refresh the page.
  • Only an order that was placed can be removed from the list, delete the reorder instead: use Delete for an unplaced reorder.
  • Cannot move an order from … to …: the order is not in a state that can be marked delivered.
