Help Center Membership Management: The Dashboard Arrange tiles (your own layout)
Arrange tiles (your own layout)
The Arrange tiles button at the top right lets you move and hide cards. It changes only your view. Your colleagues keep their own layout. Your layout is saved on the server, so it follows you to other computers (for this clinic).
- Click Arrange tiles. The button turns into Done arranging, and a Reset to default button appears.
- This hint shows: Drag a tile to move it within its row (or use ◀ ▶), Hide removes it from your dashboard, colleagues keep their own layout. Hidden tiles still open when their queue is selected.
- Every card now shows, even ones that are hidden at zero or switched off, with a dashed border. Cards you hid look faded.
- On each card:
- ◀ (Move left) and ▶ (Move right). The first card's ◀ and the last card's ▶ are greyed out.
- Hide (hover: "Hide this tile (for you only)") or Show for a card you hid.
- Or drag a card onto another card in the same row to move it there. Cards cannot move between the Memberships row and the Needs attention row.
- Each change saves at once. Layout saved shows for a moment. If saving fails, the error shows there instead.
- Reset to default puts every card back in its normal order with nothing hidden.
- Click Done arranging.
While arranging, clicking a card does not open its list.
"Hidden tiles still open when their queue is selected" means: if a link (for example in the Morning brief) selects a card you hid, the card shows and its list opens.
