Your agreements with Prescripta

Two agreements govern your practice's use of Prescripta: the Membership Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Both are accepted during your order, before payment.

Your records

• A copy of each agreement's full text is emailed to you the moment you accept it.
• The agreements your practice accepted, with versions and dates, are listed under the Account tab of your account page.
• The current agreement texts are always readable at prescripta.com/agreements/membership and prescripta.com/agreements/baa.
