Health data lives apart

Each practice's EHR environment is separate, and clinical data is held in a dedicated, HIPAA-scoped environment — isolated from the marketing site and member portal. The portal communicates with the EHR only through tightly controlled channels; it has no direct access to clinical databases.

Payments

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor over an encrypted connection and stored in the processor's secure vault. Prescripta never sees, transmits, or stores card numbers — we hold only a reference used to run your subscription.

Your account

• Passwords are never stored in readable form.
• Email verification confirms account ownership at sign-up and password reset.
• Two-factor authentication is available and recommended for every account.
