Signing in and your account page

Sign in at prescripta.com/sign-in with your email and password. After signing in you land on your account page.

Your account page, tab by tab

• Overview: your practice name, plan and status, quick links to your booking page and patient portal, and anything that needs your attention.
• Practice: your practice information on file (addresses, contacts, providers), with Edit and Add a new provider.
• Booking Page: everything your public booking page shows: services, providers, hours, policies, branding, and portal settings.
• Billing: your membership and the payment method on file.
• Support: open a ticket and read replies from the Prescripta team.
• Account: your profile, security, and the agreements your practice accepted.

Trouble signing in?

• Use the exact email address your welcome email was sent to.
• Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page.
