How your Prescripta account is created

You do not sign yourself up for Prescripta. When your practice's order is complete, Prescripta creates your account and sends you a welcome email with your sign-in details.

What to expect

1. Your practice completes its order (practice information, agreements, and payment).
2. Prescripta creates your account and emails you a welcome email with your username and a temporary password.
3. Sign in at prescripta.com/sign-in. You will be asked to set your own password on first sign-in.
4. The same username and starting password also work for your EHR sign-in once your EHR environment is ready.

Did not get the welcome email?

• Check spam or junk, and search for mail from no-reply@prescripta.com.
• Still nothing? Open a support ticket or reply to your Prescripta contact, and we will resend it.
