Coming soon means in development or on the roadmap. Nothing is sold until it is built, and plan placement is announced at launch. Each piece gets its own help article, with screens and settings, when it is built.

• Refill request form (coming soon). Patients ask for a refill from a form on your own website; each request lands on your dashboard for your team to match to the patient and turn into an order.
• Patient problem manager (coming soon). Track a patient problem (a late shipment, a wrong medication, a billing question) from first report to resolved, with an owner, steps, due dates and a log.
• Care protocols (coming soon). Date-based care plans for any patient (labs, check-ins) that create tasks.
• Quill clinical assistant (coming soon). Flags overdue protocols and running-out prescriptions and suggests the next step; advisory only.
• Quill operations assistant (coming soon). Watches sync health and answers questions about your clinic.
• CRM (coming soon). Contacts, leads, pipelines, notes and tags; a lead becomes a patient.
• Automations and webhooks (coming soon). Rules that act on events; webhooks in and out.
• Messaging (SMS and e-mail) and two-way SMS (coming soon). Text and e-mail patients from the portal; replies land on the patient record.
• Team chat (coming soon). Staff channels and direct messages inside the portal.
