What every plan includes
Clinic Manager includes everything in Membership Management Pro, for every patient, with or without a membership. Quill, Prescripta's AI, is in every plan; plans differ in the modules below and in manual Quill re-runs a day. Every plan is priced per clinic (location) with unlimited users.

Setup and support, the same on every plan
Setup is free: Prescripta connects your pharmacy and eFax line; your EMR is connected with the setup guide or on a short call with us. Support is by e-mail at support@prescripta.com, with the help center and setup guides.
Add-ons
One feature without changing plans. Picked at checkout; each is per clinic per month (yearly plans pay 10 months for 12).
- Clinic Manager Base: automatic tasks $29, lab results $49.
- Membership Management: Tasks (includes automatic tasks) $29; eFax $29 on Base and Plus (Pro already has it).
- Any plan, either product: extra Quill re-runs, $10 for 10 more a day.
All patients, Appointments and Lab results are never sold to a Membership Management clinic: those are what Clinic Manager is.
More than one location
Each location is its own clinic in the portal, with one login across all of them. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
Moving from Membership Management to Clinic Manager
Upgrade any time from the billing page of your Prescripta account (prescripta.com, Account → Billing). Your Membership Management subscription ends and your full Membership Management monthly price is taken off the first Clinic Manager bill, whatever day of the month you upgrade. Nothing is lost: patients, memberships, orders, settings and logins carry over, and the new modules are on from that minute. Moving back to Membership Management hides the Clinic Manager screens and deletes nothing.
Where plan changes happen
Plan changes, add-ons and billing are on prescripta.com (Account → View billing and change plan), the same as Membership Management. Your portal's Account page shows your plan, what it includes and what is not in it.
