What are programs?

Programs are the individual capabilities of the platform: charting, booking, payments, labs, eFax, Quill, and so on. Your plan bundles a set of programs, and they are switched on for your practice when it is set up.

Changing what you have

Want a program your plan does not include, or a different bundle? Use Request a plan change on your account page, which opens a support ticket, or talk to your Prescripta representative. Plan changes adjust your billing from the cycle they take effect.
