What are programs?

Programs are the individual capabilities a practice has in its EHR — things like core EHR access and Quill charting. Your plan determines which programs a practice gets.

How programs are managed

• When a practice is activated, its plan's programs switch on automatically.
• Upgrading to a bigger plan switches on the additional programs that plan includes.
• If a subscription is canceled, its plan-provided programs switch off as the practice winds down.
• Suspending a practice pauses billing but keeps its program configuration intact for when you resume.
